Just when I thought things couldn't get stranger. I found myself seriously interested in the guy with the mask I ran into today. After doing some research, I found that people actually used to dress that way in ancient plague infested cities and whatnot. Apparently they were called "Plague Doctors," and they would treat both the rich and the poor because the city paid their salary.
My only question is: Why is someone dressed like that now? We obviously don't have the plague, so it's just some sicko dressed up in plague doctor attire. I need to get some sleep. I'll post tomorrow about the weather.
